Templates of original innovation: projecting original incremental innovations from intrinsic information
Article Abstract:
The use of creativity templates (CT) has been deemed useful in assessing the feasibility of technological innovations. In order to achieve an efficient evaluation of innovativeness, a CT-based approach in evaluating the internal factors in innovation must be adopted. Such an approach does not only allow a well-defined analysis on operational sequences, but reduces the complexity of systems, as well. It further allows users to determine other templates of original designs so as to identify a set of possible innovations for a particular system.

Cellular automata modeling of resistance to innovations: effects and solutions
Article Abstract:
The ways in which resistance to innovation may shrink the market size are explored. It was found that once resistance is enrolled, advertising provides no more than a limited compensating effect, and positive opinion leaders have only low impact on market growth.

Using cellular automata modeling of the emergence of innovations
Article Abstract:
This paper notes that discovering an innovative product idea in a market research to address a real need in a saturation zone is likely to be discovered at the same time by a competitor. A model to assess the odds is proposed and evaluated.
