Ten inexpensive scuba diving package tours from around the world are described. The cheapest goes for $525 for beachfront accommodations at Boa Viagem for four days of diving the wrecks and reefs of Recife, Brazil. Divers can also stay in a pousada for seven days with meals with five days of diving in the Fernando de Noronha archipelago, which is 120 miles off the northeastern Brazilian coast. They can watch spinner dolphins, the oldest dolphin school on earth, head south to hunt for food in the deep waters.
