Witness for the deposition
Article Abstract:
Most medical malpractice cases are settled before trial, however, this does not mean that physical therapists (PTs) that are defendants in such cases would not have to give testimony or present their side of the situation. Hence, all PTs should understand the purpose of depositions, the process involved, and the keys to being a good witness in ones own defense.
