A new year up in The Canyons
Article Abstract:
American Skiing Co, which owns The Canyons, formerly known as Wolf Mountain and ParkWest, plans to make it the best ski resort in Utah. The additions to the resort include lifts, a gondola, a lodge and Tombstone mountain, whose summit is at 8,930 feet.

Skate skiing is an easy-to-learn variation of cross-country skiing that provides an excellent aerobic workout. Recreational skate skis are lightweight and short enough to fit in the trunk of a car.
