A quick fix for fatigue

Mitral valve prolapse (MVP) affects 12% of the population, mostly women. MVP can lead to chronic fatigue and frequent dizziness. New research indicates that MVP symptoms are actually caused by low blood volume. Drinking more water, increasing salty foods, and exercising can cure the condition.
