What US cyclist Bobby Julich remembers most about the 1997 Tour de France is seeing himself on TV as he raced against Tour legends and listening to the announcer talk about the 25-year-old racer. For Julich, to ride with the world's best was the fulfillment of a dream. Julich finished 17th in the race.
