Blood treatment influences the yield of apoptotic lymphocytes after maximal exercise
Article Abstract:
The influence of cell isolation processes on postexercise apoptosis is assessed in a sample of untrained healthy individuals. Results indicate that the lymphocyte isolation could be responsible for the decrease in the percentage of apoptotic lymphocytes after exhaustive exercise and this decrease could be attributed to the time needed for isolating the cells.
