Chronic choke, a condition caused by scar tissue in the horse's upper esophagus is highlighted. Some of the guidelines by experts to be followed by one to prevent horse from this choke that include calling veterinarian, taking feed and water away from horse, offer small amounts of water and encourage her to lower her head are presented.

Dysmature foal
Article Abstract:
Several tips from experts for diagnosising a dysmature foal when a mare gives birth are presented. The tips include bottle-feeding the foal with 6 to 8 ounce of good quality colostrium, killing bacteria from entering the blood stream and feeding it with mare's milk.
