Cohesion and intention to participate of female sport team athletes
Article Abstract:
There is a positive relationship between team cohesiveness perceptions and the participants' intentions towards future participation in sports. Analyses of the responses of female athletes to several questionnaires reveals that subjects who intend to continue for another season are personally more attracted to the team as a social unit. These results suggest that such participants are more punctual and regular.

Creating your own imaginary world: a reply to Collins and Hale (1997)
Article Abstract:
Predictions of electromyogram (EMG) readings can be made through responses stimulated by visualization techniques. Although not a predictor of actual activation, the connection between EMG locations and magnitudes and imagined scenes targeting specific response systems can be correlated. These findings may have significant implications for future training programs for athletes.
