Do current sports brassiere designs impede respiratory function?
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to determine whether breast hypertrophy, breast momentum, and wearing a sports brassiere impeded respiratory function at rest and during physical activity. The results concluded that active females should wear a sports brassiere during physical activity to reduce breast motion and related breast pain.

Iron status of young males and females performing weight-training exercise
Article Abstract:
A study to determine the effect of weight training on measures of iron status in males and females is conducted. The results prove that weight training increases strength and fat-free mass, decreases levels of percent body fat and haemoglobin concentration declines after 12 weeks of training irrespective of gender.
