Cross-education of arm muscular strength is unidirectional in right-handed individuals
Article Abstract:
The effect of the direction of transfer on cross-education in right-handed individuals is determined. Results suggest that cross-education with hand strength training occurs only in the right-to-left direction of transfer in right-handed individuals, thus concluding that cross-education of arm muscular strength is most pronounced to the nondominant arm.

The effects of conjugated linoleic acid supplementation during resistance training
Article Abstract:
A study aims to determine the effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) supplementation during resistance training. The conclusion is that supplementation with CLA during resistance training results in relatively small changes in body composition accompanied by a lessening of the catabolic effect of training on muscle protein.

Effect of creatine ingestion after exercise on muscle thickness in males and females
Article Abstract:
