Effect of ski binding parameters on knee biomechanics: a three-dimensional computational study
Article Abstract:
The impact of the position of the binding rotation point and binding release features on anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) strain during a fall is studied. The results conclude that a binding with pivot points, each located at the front and the back, could sense twist pressure applied to the ski and reduce ACL related injuries.

Effect of swim suit design on passive drag
Article Abstract:
Seven male swimmer's drag wearing five swimsuits was investigated. It was found that fast skin suits that cover the swimmer from shoulder to ankle or knee significantly reduces the total passive drag.
