Endless possibilities under sea
Article Abstract:
People with spinal-cord injuries or other disabilities can discover freedom on water, though there are many perceived barriers to adaptive sailing, the worst is obscurity and people have to know about it and its potential for rehabilitation. An accessible sailing program can be started for disabled people with a small fleet of boats adapted for the disabilities and a few dedicated instructors and volunteers, and a few of the popular race boats include the Sonar, and the Martin 16.

Return of the (not so) lone ranger
Article Abstract:
Webb Chiles recommends a long preparation before a circumnavigation. Chiles has sailed around the world several times and is preparing to embark on another trip with his wife. Chiles is concerned that his yacht is powerful which may prove hard for a man of 59, he is maybe not as fit as on his last trip round the world.
