Endurance times for trunk-stabilization exercises in healthy women: comparing 3 kinds of trunk-flexor exercises
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to establish isometric endurances times for trunk-stabilization exercises in six different positions and to compare three kinds of trunk-flexor exercises. The findings indicate that trunk-flexor exercises with a lesser-degree of flexion were time effective and showed less variance, as compared to that of larger-degree flexor exercise.

The effect of select shoulder exercises on strength, active angle reproduction, single-arm balance, and functional performance
Article Abstract:
The influence of select shoulder exercises on shoulder-rotation strength, active angle reproduction (AAR), single-arm dynamic stability, and functional throwing performance in healthy individuals is determined. Studies indicate that shoulder strength can be improved in healthy individuals, but improvements depend on the exercise performed.

Intertester reproducibility of the isokinetic LIDO-Back system
Article Abstract:
An experiment was conducted on 10 healthy individuals in age group of 29 years to assess the interreproducibility of the isokinetic LIDO-Back system. Isokinetic trunk-flexion parameters showed excellent reproducibility between therapists whereas the intertester reproducibility was lower for trunk extension.
