Exercise, depression, and mortality after myocardial infarction in the ENRICHD trial
Article Abstract:
Two thousand seventy eight men and women with an acute myocardial infarction (AMI) participating in the Enhancing recovery in Coronary Heart Disease (ENRICHD) were examined for the association between self-reported physical exercise and all-cause mortality and cardiovascular morbidity. The potential value of exercise in reducing mortality and nonfatal reinfarction in AMI patients is demonstrated.

The theorized associations of transtheoretical model (TTM) of behavior change constructs along with the exercise barriers by stage of chance for exercise behavior among individuals with physical disabilities was examined. The results prove the validity of TTM and exercise barriers among physically challenged people.

Single sessions of intermittent and continuous exercise and postprandial lipemia
Article Abstract:
The effects of continuous exercise (CON-EX) and intermittent exercise (INT-EX) on postprandial lipemia (PPL) are investigated. The result suggests that a single bout of INT-EX is more effective than CON-EX for lowering PPL as compared with no exercise in inactive, normolipidemic individuals.
