Exercise prescription and patellofemoral pain: Evidence for rehabilitation
Article Abstract:
The therapeutic effects of exercise on subjects with patellofemoral-pain syndrome (PFPS) are presented. Evidence exists regarding the use of isometric, isotonic, isokinetic, and closed kinetic chain exercise, although clinicians have advocated the use of biofeedback and patella taping, there is limited evidence regarding the efficacy of the se interventions on subjects diagnosed with PFPS.

Adherence to rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstructive surgery: Implications for outcome
Article Abstract:
The relationship between adherence to rehabilitation and outcome after reconstructive surgery of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is examined. Better functional outcome was observed in participants under the age 30 years undergoing home-exercise regimen while participants above the age of 30 experienced worse outcome with better home-exercise adherence.
