Fatigue fighter: when restricting salt may be a bad idea
Article Abstract:
Research has linked salt intake in children to chronic fatigue. Seven children complaining of chronic fatigue showed a marked decrease in blood pressure when placed on a tilt table. This response, called neurocardiogenic syncope, results in fatigue and can also be triggered by an overreduction of salt.

Lightning-speed read: reading rate may soar with vision training
Article Abstract:
A study has indicated that a visual-training program can help older people read more efficiently and with greater speed. The study was conducted with 16 people over 62 years of age. Previous studies had indicated that young people can raise reading efficiency as well.
