Feet First
Article Abstract:
Runners need to take good care of their feet to prevent injury. Crucial to good foot care is finding shoes that fit right and maintain them, even for nonrunning pairs of shoes, making sure socks fit right, and ensuring that feet stay dry and soft. Periodic pedicures and massages, as well as strength-training exercises can help prevent foot injuries.
