Fiber feast lowers cancer risk
Article Abstract:
A study is conducted by the National Institute to examine the link between fiber consumption and the occurrence of polyps, growths that lead to cancer. The findings suggest that fiber-rich food helps in moving waste through the system rapidly and limits the time that harmful substance has in damaging the cells.

Fish in crazy water
Article Abstract:
The Italian dish called fish in acqua pazzy or 'Crazy Water' refers to a poaching liquid (like Tomato Sauce in the recipe) in which a variety of foods are cooked and served at the same meal. The dish is done less than 30 minutes. The recipe for Acqua Pazza is described.
