Free wheel
Article Abstract:
Because shots are longer if the clubhead is faster, golfers want to move the club faster but often do not have the know-how and end up swinging harder and reducing the speed of the club. Players need to let their hands and arms approach impact from the inside as the hips unwind and the lower body turns, and thus let the arms swing freely to allow the forearms to rotate naturally and release the club.
