Article Abstract:
Freezing a tennis stroke allows better blocking of balls, return of serve and handling of hard-hit balls. Freezing involves minimal motion which increases the reliability of shots. Some tips on how to freeze during ground strokes, service returns, serves/smashes and volleys are presented.
