New research indicates that stretches must be held for 30 seconds to benefit the body. The hamstring muscle lengthened in people who stretched for at least 30 seconds, and they also gained greater range of motion in the stretched hamstring.

Researchers believe that immunotherapy may make patients undesirable to bees and other stinging insects. Over three years, the percentage of patients in an immunotherapy group who experienced bee stings fell from 87% to 30%.
