Article Abstract:
Techniques for mounting bindings on ski soles are detailed. The position of the binding-mount is determined by factors including the skier's sex and strength, individual preference, and the 'sweet spot', a location on the ski fixed by the manufacturer. Skier's who want their binding mounts customized should master the terminology required to inform the technician who performs the mount of their preferences.
