Hands-off sailing
Article Abstract:
The British company Computayacht introduced a computerized sailhandling system named 'EasySail' that takes the works out of sailing and powers sheets, halyards, and outhauls with hydraulic rams, leaving the crew little to do but set the course and steer. EasySail costs $57,000 and is designed for boats between 40 and 55 feet.
