Donuts can be cooked even aboard a boat or a yacht. The main ingredients are eggs, flour, baking soda, milk and flavorings such as nutmeg, cinnamon and honey. The donuts are then fried in hot oil until golden brown. Sailing and eating donuts can exist together.
