Impact of opponents' clothing and body language on impression formation and outcome expectations
Article Abstract:
The aim of the study was to examine the impact of a tennis player's body language and clothing on the impressions observers form of them. After viewing the target player, participants rated their impressions of the model's episodic states and dispositions and gave their perceptions of the likely outcome of a tennis match with the target player.

Old dogs, new tricks: training the perceptual skills of senior tennis players
Article Abstract:
The effect of multidimensional perceptual-cognitive skills training including situational awareness, anticipation and decision making on the performance of older adult tennis players on-court is presented. Results provide evidence that perceptual-cognitive skills can be trained in aged individual.
