Influence of cold-water immersion on indices of muscle damage following prolonged intermittent shuttle running
Article Abstract:
A study to assess the effects of cold-water immersion (cryotherapy) on indices of muscle damage following a bout of prolonged intermittent exercise was conducted. Results suggested that cold-water immersion immediately after prolonged intermittent shuttle running reduces some indices of exercise-induced muscle damage.

Match analysis and heart rate of futsal players during competition
Article Abstract:
The study examined the difference in heart rate of futsal (five-a-side indoor soccer) players during competitive matches during the two halves of the game. It is proved that futsal was a strenuous game compared to soccer and the heart rate differed in the two halves which could be attributed to fatigue.
