Article Abstract:
There is no law which protects hunters and anglers from fellow intruders in their profession, but they carry on under the assumption that an unwritten code governs what they do, and that every other person in the profession know it and understand it. The best option for the hunting and fishing fraternity to prevent intrusion from a fellow hunter or angler is to come up with an ethic of non-crowding that is enforced by consent.

Forced entry; state's nonresident tag quota slammed

A court decision regarding quotas on nonresident hunting licenses is discussed. In Montoya v. Manning the Ninth Circuit Appellate court ruled that Arizona's nonresident tag program was discriminatory.
