The American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) recently suggested that the people should eat more of omega-3s and fewer omega-6s, fats found in processed foods, raised red meat, and even some seemingly healthly vegetable oils mainly to avoid cancer risk. Certain steps are detailed to have a better balance between omega-3s and omega-6s.
