Ten snacks that are low in added sugar and fat but high in calcium and fiber were named as favorites by a panel of kids. The snacks include low-fat tortilla chips, calcium-fortified orange juice, Quaker Crunchy Corn Bran Cereal, and FrozFruit Chunky Peach Fruit and Nonfat Yogurt Bar.
