Looking into fog
Article Abstract:
Sailors can easily get used to reduced visibility if they understand what fog is and how it forms. Basically, fog forms when the moisture in the air exceeds its limits. The four types of fogs are advection fog, radiation fog, frontal fog and sea smoke or steam fog. Techniques on how to navigate through thick fog are discussed.
