Article Abstract:
The physical therapy profession enjoys a great reputation in the corridors of power having created its own unique identity but physical therapy professionals will have to continue seeking opportunities to forge a healthy relationship with health care groups. The public perceives therapists as an unique and important community in the health care industry and care should be taken to ensure that wrong billing and suspect practices does not sully the positive image of physical therapists.

Mentorship: a matter of professional responsibility
Article Abstract:
A mentor is a person who counsels and guides the patient but in case the physical therapist is not a well-experienced person, then the mentor also gains a great sense of professional satisfaction. It is regarded that the mentorship program is a very important factor in job satisfaction as it can develop a sense of community among the professionals.
