A survey is conducted on Americans the effectiveness of meditation which shows, a five minutes meditation is powerful than an hour-long session. The most frequently reported times by respondents were 20 to 30 minutes a day where as the time ranged from 2 to 120 minutes a day.

The benefits of buddy training for gyms as a way of bringing in more revenue are discussed. The gyms are increasingly promoting buddy training option along with traditional group classes wherein five to six members are trained under a single instructor.
