Mule deer in the sky
Article Abstract:
Hunters from the Eastern US should experience the thrill of hunting mule deer in the wide open canyons and forest lands of the West. One hunter saw his biggest bull ever in southwestern Colorado. The deer escaped, but inspired him to return again and again.

Frozen balls: blackpowder hunting in the great north woods
Article Abstract:
Experiences of deer hunting in Maine in the Dec blackpowder season are presented. The weather conditions were very challenging, and no deer were found.
