Seven golf courses near Myrtle Beach, SC are briefly described. They include the Glen Dornoch Waterway Golf Links which is built along an intercostal waterway, the Kings North which had a $4 mil makeover by Arnold Palmer Design Group, and the Wachesaw East Golf Links, with five sets of tees.

Legend Oaks: a classic layout on the outskirts of Charleston
Article Abstract:
A golf course, Legend Oaks Plantation, has opened just north of Charleston, SC, where a rice plantation was once located. Designed by Scott W. Pool and backed by developer Mel Graham, the course features a playable layout, massive oak trees, and water at half of the holes.
