New fitness formula
Article Abstract:
Physical fitness can be attained if an aerobic form of exercise totals 80 to 90 repetitions per minute. Exercise should be done four times a week, totalling 2,500 repetitions each time. It does not matter if the exercise is running, jogging, or walking.

Elderly runners can maintain their physical condition if they eat properly, continue to run regularly and lift weights. A battery of tests was run on the author to determine certain physiological factors before a new running program was started.
