Cathy O'Brien began running the marathon in high school, made the Olympic team in 1988 and 1992, and is now preparing for the 1996 Olympic Trials. In fact, O'Brien's running career has been centered on the Olympics and, at age 28, she hopes 1996 will be her best year yet.
