Six upgraded point-and-shoot cameras, ranging in price from $140 (Yashica T4 Super Weatherproof), to the $850 Leica Minilux, were tested. Two, Cannon's Elph and Elph 490Z, use the new APS film. The Yaschica is recommended for rugged conditions, and the Leica should be used milder circumstances.
