Prevalence of preseason conditioning among high school athletes in two spring sports
Article Abstract:
A cross-sectional survey was carried out to determine the prevalence of adequate preseason conditioning (PC) among competitive high school athletes and to identify factors associated with participating in an adequate PC program. The results suggest that school- and coach-sponsored PC programs might be more effective in achieving higher levels of PC among high school athletes.
