Bursting the bubble: the special time the author shares with her son is altered forever
Article Abstract:
A woman runner describes a run with her 18-month-old son. The runs had become an enjoyable routine that took place within a protective bubble, but the bubble was burst one day by a vulgarity shouted by a man in a pickup truck. The runs still took place, but they were different from that day.
