The first requirement for a perfect charter is the perfect boat, like 'Fantasy Island' and the second requirement is a crew that not only tolerates but also likes children. A grandmother goes on a Caribbean cruise to Peter Island, Savannah Bay and Devil's Bay to snorkel and kayak with her grandchildren and believes that it is best to do when the children are still young and full of wonder.
