Shoreline: African landfall at long last
Article Abstract:
The adventurous journey of some cruisers sailing on Aventura III boat, 300 miles from the South African coast is described and the precautions to be taken by the cruisers while sailing are discussed. Both the rudder and centerboard could be raised with the help of a hydraulic pump to reduce the draft of Aventura III.

Article Abstract:
Sailing to the Galapagos Islands aboard Aventura III was a wonderful experience for a passionate sailor. Without official permit, cruising boats are not allowed to stop at the Galapagos except in case of an emergency.
