Song of the Canada: quiet simply, it's getting harder and harder to find a place that doesn't already have too many geese
Article Abstract:
The rise in the Canada geese population has hunters preparing for a superior season. Many states have started fowling season earlier due to the abundance of birds. The size of gun and amount of load to use are discussed as are techniques on hunting large birds.

Trapshooters approach a bird or a target in two different ways, shooting with almost no lead or with a fairly long, sustained lead. A shooter can become consistently successful by knowing when to use which approach and practicing them both.
