Spinnerbait shift: rocky-topping makes bass bite when they won't hit a steady retrieve

Fishers should use several types of retrieves with spinnerbaits. Rocky-topping, a type of retrieve, involves using a slow retrieve with the tip of the rod held high until the lure emerges from the cover, at which time the tip of the rod should be bounced.
