On a cruise through Chilean waters on a 41-foot wooden gaff cutter, an accidental-but-harmless grounding led to an unexpected feast at lunch on a farm close by and a huge fresh salmon as a parting gift from the host. The recipe for Succulent Salmon, Chilean Style, is presented.
