Stress and burnout among collegiate tennis coaches
Article Abstract:
An investigation into the stress and burnout of collegiate tennis coaches showed similar tendency to those of other helping professionals in high education. Women had a higher tendency than men to finding coaching issues stressful. Personality and dispositional variables directly effected the participants more then other sources.

A model of stress and burnout in male high school athletic directors
Article Abstract:
Data is presented on male athletic directors and the onset of burnout. Results include the correlation between stress predictors and their influence on both burnout and burnout through stress.
