Summit's secret
Article Abstract:
The ski resort town of Frisco, Colorado seems quirky and quaint to outsiders, but it is also a favorite location for skiers around the country and the world. The town's small population is employed mostly in service-related industries that pay well below what its educated population would make elsewhere. Residents are willing to accept the trade-off for the high quality of life Frisco affords. Efforts by the locals to maintain the town's pristine natural character are examined.
