Suzuki DR650S vs. Mount Trumbull
Article Abstract:
The Suzuki DR650S ($3,799) was tested against the Honda XR650L on a ride from Mesquite, NV, to the Grand Canyon. The DR's rear wheel became packed with mud on Mount Trumbull and its clutch failed. The DR is still a good bike, however, with more fuel capacity than the XR, a lower price and a more comfortable chassis for a short rider.
