Orienteering is the sport of hiking in unknown areas with the aid of a map to reach a specific destination. Competitive orienteering involves using the map to find checkpoints and to reach the finish line first. It only requires knowledge of how to read a map and use a compass and is fun for the whole family.

Sacroiliac pain, caused by pelvic torsion, is often felt most acutely in the region just above the buttocks. Sciatica, usually caused by lumbar disk problems, causes pain in the buttocks and legs. Both conditions can be treated with exercises based on yoga positions.
