Article Abstract:

The effectiveness of superficial preheating on temperature elevation and decline when using ultrasound is assessed. Superficial preheating significantly increases temperature elevation but has no effect on temperature decline during a 15 minute cooling period.

The effects of balance training in aquatic and land environments, is compared using between-groups and repeated-measures design. Results of the study indicate that balance training can effectively be performed in both land and aquatic environments.
